About Our Business
Scott Mains started Mains Trucking in 2002, after starting and running a successful cleaning
company, Top to Bottom Cleaning, for nine years. His excellent customer service skills,
coupled with his keen sense of business has made the company what it is today. Scott is
involved in all aspects of the company, overseeing all accounts and is always looking for ways
to improve and expand his business.

In the past year, Mains Trucking has made many changes in its operations to improve and
ensure customer satisfaction.   One way has been by expanding our delivery area to include
MA, RI, NH, VT, CT and NY. We currently service these areas Monday through Saturday which
allows you, our customer, a larger range of options for your scheduled delivery.  Mains Trucking
has also invested in new software such as RoadNet, MobilCast,  RouteWatch and MapPoint.
These programs allow us to schedule deliveries in more efficient ways, saving on time and fuel
costs which allow us to pass savings on to our customers.

We have also expanded our office staff in order to provide our customers with the best service
in the industry:

In June 2005, Mains Trucking promoted Ron Hammond to Operations manager. Ron started
as a driver for Mains Trucking in October 2004. Ron's daily duties include assigning and
monitoring drivers with their daily routes. RoadNet allows him to create dynamic routes
insuring us to establish the most efficient routes possible. Through MobilCast, our drivers are
able to communicate immediately with Ron and other office staff with any changes or problems
that may occur while driving. This allows us to give the customer up to the minute information
regarding their deliveries. RouteWatch allows us to have an overview of each driver's location
through GPS navigation. All of these programs insures timely and efficient deliveries.

In July 2006, we also welcomed Brian Mains as our Office Manager. Br
ian has worked for
Mains Trucking since its inception
.  His duties include human resources, payroll, record
keeping, and scheduling.  Our response times and customer satisfaction has improved by over
90%. Our customers are called almost immediately after receiving their information to schedule
deliveries. B
rian demands our drivers to keep in contact with our office and customers at all
times, thus giving our customers the service and information they deserve regarding their
deliveries in a timely manner. B
rian handles most of our commercial accounts as well, by
keeping in touch with store managers - giving them up to the minute information regarding their
customer base.

In January, 2006 Mains Trucking promoted our routing manager, John Landolfi to Distribution
Coordinator. John has worked for Mains Trucking as a loading supervisor and router before his
promotion. His new duties include overseeing the loading of our trucks for delivery and our
truck maintenance schedule.  John holds our drivers accountable for making sure their trucks
are in top shape before and after every delivery route they perform. He also makes sure our
trucks are loaded properly to ensure our loads are safe and secure from breakage during the
routes.

All of our drivers and helpers are equipped with cell phones to ensure 100% communication
with office and customers during their day. All trucks have maps for the areas they are servicing.
We are moving to equip all of our trucks with laptops and GPS navigation software which will
allow our helpers to navigate our drivers in a more timely and cost effective manner.

We have been able to exceed customer expectations by delivering products with a 97.6%
efficiency rate and a 100% non-breakage level over the past 10 months.
